Teimuraz Doiashvili
Teimuraz Doiashvili – Doctor of Philological Sciences, literary scholar and critic, Leading Researcher of Shota Rustaveli Institute of Georgian Literature, Head of the Department of Galaktion Tabidze Research Centre since 2001. He is an author of twelve books and more than one hundred scientific articles. The major field of his scientific interest includes: the history of Georgian literature, literary theory and comparative literature, analysis of various literary texts of Georgian authors’ in the frame of international cultural-literary processes by using contemporary methodologies. Teimuraz Doiashvili has received several professional awards in Georgia, among them: Literary Prize “Saguramo”, Literary Prize “Saba” and “Grigol Kiknadze Scientific Award".
